ROKSTAR Dirtworks is the ground crew of the house. Same mark as Apparel, Vintage Guitars, and Collectables — a different room.
The machine
We run John Deere’s largest wheeled skid steer, the 334 P-Tier: 118 gross horsepower, 4,000 lb rated operating capacity, 11-foot hinge pin, enclosed one-piece cab. Vertical lift. Built for grade and landscape construction, not a farm chore.
It is the right size for Saskatoon estate lots — large enough to move real dirt, compact enough to stay off the neighbour’s sod.
The ground
High-end residential. The Willows golf-course community, Briarwood, river lots, and custom builds across the city. We show up for the plane of the lot: the dirt under the stone, the fall away from the house, the last grade before the lawn.
No cart. No card. Write the desk, we walk the property.
