What the machine does.
Dirt work, landscaping, and snow removal on Saskatoon estate lots. The 334 P-Tier stays on the property until the plane is right — and through winter when the drive has to stay open.
Finish grade
The last pass before sod and stone. Driveways, courtyards, and lawns brought to a clean, even fall.
Landscape construction
Beds, boulder placement, mulch bases, and the dirt work under a high-end plant install.
Drainage
Swales, catchments, and tile so water leaves the house and the patio, not the other way around.
Haul in / haul out
Black dirt, gravel, and spoil. In and off the lot without chewing the finished drive.
Estate access
Tight Willows and Briarwood lots. A large-frame skid steer, not a full-size loader, so the work stays on the property.
Snow removal
Drives, courtyards, and walks on estate lots. Seasonal contracts. The same machine that grades in July clears the lot in January.
